1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הבחינה“ – בחינה בכתב כאמור בסעיף 2(א)(4) לחוק;
”הועדה הבוחנת“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 2(ב) לחוק;
”המזכיר“ – מזכיר ועדת המינויים שמונתה לפי סעיף 4 לחוק.
