2. זימון לבחינה
(א)המזכיר יזמן לבחינה את מי שראה לגביו, לפי השאלון שהגיש, המסמכים שצורפו לו או הצהרה שנתן, כי נתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא מוסלמי;
(2)מלאו לו 29 שנים וטרם מלאו לו 70 שנים;
(3)הוא אזרח ישראל;
(4)הוא חבר לשכת עורכי הדין ארבע שנים לפחות או בעל השכלה כאמור בסעיף 2(א)(1) לחוק.
(ב)הודעה על מועד הבחינה ישלח המזכיר בדואר רשום, ארבעה עשר ימים לפחות לפני מועד הבחינה.
