3. מועד הבחינה
הבחינה תתקיים במועד שקבעה הועדה הבוחנת ואשר לא יקדים ביותר מארבעים וחמישה ימים את היום שבו פרסם שר המשפטים הודעה ברשומות, לפי סעיף 5(א) לחוק, על הצורך למנות קאדי.
