בתקופה שעד יום ז׳ בטבת התשפ״ג (31 בדצמבר 2022) יראו כאילו –
הנוסח שולב בתקנות כהוראת שעה מיום 1.1.2018 עד יום 31.12.2019 עד המועד לפי סעיף 38 לחוק־יסוד: הכנסת, ומיום 16.6.2020 עד יום 28.2.2021 עד המועד לפי סעיף 38 לחוק־יסוד: הכנסת, ומיום 7.7.2021 עד יום 6.4.2022 עד יום 31.12.2022 עד המועד לפי סעיף 38 לחוק־יסוד: הכנסת, ביום 15.2.2023.
