9א. סייג לתחולה
תיקון: תשע״ו, תשע״ח
תקנות אלה לא יחולו על מפעיל, בביצוע הפעלות כאמור בסימן י״ד1 לפרק השלושה עשר לתקנות הטיס (הפעלת כלי טיס וכללי טיסה), התשמ״ב–1981, למעט תקנה 5(א)(1)(ב) שתחול על מפעיל בביצוע הפעלות כאמור בשינויים אלה שלא תחול החובה להעניק 10 ימי חופשה רצופים במסגרת החופשה השנתית, ולא תחול לגבי החופשה השנתית תקנה 5(ב) ו־(ג).
