47. אי־מתן תשובה
תיקון: תשכ״ה, תשס״ט, תשע״ד
לא השיב אדם לדרישת הרשם, שאינה דרישה או הודעה שתקנות 24 ו־25 דנות בהן, תוך המועד שנקבע באותה דרישה, ובהעדר קביעה כזו תוך חודש ימים מתאריכה, ימסור הרשם למבקש הודעה על ביטול הבקשה לפי סעיף 22 לפקודה.
