48. רישום בפנקס
תיקון: תש״ט, תש״ע, תשע״ד
(א)כעבור שלושה חדשים מיום תאריך הפרסום של כל בקשה, ירשום הרושם בהקדם האפשרי את הסימן המסחרי בפנקס, בהתחשב עם כל התנגדות והחלטה על ההתנגדות.
(ב)בפנקס יזכיר את תאריך הרישום, את הסחורות שבנוגע להן נרשם הסימן המסחרי וכן את כל הפרטים הנזכרים בסעיף 4 לפקודה, וכל אותם הפרטים שהרושם יראה צורך בהם.
