תיקון: תשע״ד
בטרם השתמש הרושם בסמכות ההכרעה המסורה לו בפקודה או בתקנות אלו, לרעת כל אדם, חייב הוא, אם נדרש בכך, לשמוע את טענותיו של האיש שנפגע ע״י השמוש באותה סמכות, בתוך המועד שקבע הרשם.
