72. הצטרפות צד שלישי
תיקון: תשע״ד
כל אדם, פרט לבעל הרשום, הטוען שיש לו טובת הנאה בסימן מסחרי רשום שהוגשה לגביו בקשה עפ״י תקנה 70, רשאי לפנות אל הרושם בבקשה להרשות לו להצטרף להליך, והרושם רשאי למאן או ליתן רשות זו, לאחר שמיעת הצדדים הנוגעים בדבר, לפי אותם התנאים שיראה צורך בהם. לפני שידון בבקשה זו בכל דרך שהיא, רשאי הרושם לדרוש מאת המבקש לתת התחייבות לשלם אותן הוצאות שהרושם יאבה לפסוק לזכות אחד הצדדים במסבות הקיימות.
