10. הופעתם של עדים
תיקון: תש״ח־3, תשכ״ד
רשאי בית המשפט השבטי להטיל קנס שלא יעלה על 2 לירות על כל עד שלא הופיע בפני בית המשפט לאחר שהוזמן כהלכה ואשר אינו יכול ליתן סבה מספקת על העדרו. כמו כן רשאי בית המשפט השבטי במסיבות כיוצא באלה להוציא כתב הרשאה, שיהיה חתום ע״י קצין המחוז, כדי לכוף את העדים להופיע. כמו כן רשאי בית המשפט לדרוש מכל צד במשפט להגיש כל מסמך השייך למשפט הנידון.
