17. מתן ארכה
בכפוף להוראות סעיף 18(ב) לחוק, רשאי המנהל לדחות את הבקשה, או כל בקשה לארכות נוספות, ורשאי הוא ליתן את הארכה לאותו זמן שיראה לנכון.
