18. בקשת חזקה
תיקון: תשכ״ז
בקשה לחזקה מאת בעל רשיון שהגיע לתגלית בשטח הרשוי תוגש בשלושה טפסים ויפורטו בה –
(1)שטח החזקה וההפקה שאליו מוסבת הבקשה, בצירוף תיאורו ומפה לפי תקנה 65;
(2)מספרן, שטחן ומקומן של כל החזקות האחרות המוחזקות בידי המבקש ובידי כל אדם שלפי סעיף 56 לחוק רואים אותו כבעל החזקה המבוקשת כשתינתן.
