37. אימתי משלמים תמלוג מינימאלי
נמצא התמלוג פחות מן הסכום המינימאלי שנקבע בסעיף 32(ה) לחוק, ישולם ההפרש שבין התמלוג ובין הסכום המינימאלי חודש אחד לאחר תום השנה שבעדה חייבים בתמלוג.
