37א. אגרת חזקה
תיקון: תשכ״ז, תשמ״ה, [הודעות]
(א)בעל חזקה ישלם אגרת חזקה שנתית בסך 1,087.40 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2016; 72,000 שקלים מתואם לאפריל 1985) לכל 1000 דונם.
(ב)לצורך חישוב האגרה, דין חלק מ־1000 דונם כדין 1000 דונם ודין חלק משנה כדין שנה.
