34. מסירת הודעה לפי סעיף 77 לפקודה
הודעת בית המשפט לרשם המקרקעין לפי סעיף 77 לפקודה תימסר לו, במידת האפשר, באמצעות פקיד ההסדר שלוח הזכויות בגוש שהזכות נוגעת לו היה בטיפולו; אולם אם נתן בית המשפט החלטה כאמור בתקנה 30 תישלח הודעת בית המשפט לרשם המקרקעין בתום התקופה שנקבעה בתקנה 30 להגשת בקשת ביטול.
