9. הודעה על קריאת לוח זכויות או לוח חלוקה
(א)בהודעה לפי סעיפים 56 או 72(א) לפקודה, על קריאת לוח זכויות או לוח חלוקה, יצויינו היום והשעה, ומקום המשרד או המחנה של פקיד ההסדר, שבהם ייקרא הלוח; ההודעה תפורסם לפחות ארבעה עשר יום מראש.
(ב)הודעה לפי תקנה זו תפורסם במשרדי מינהל הנפה, בישוב שבו מבוצע ההסדר ובמשרדו או במחנהו של פקיד ההסדר.
