12. ועדת ערעור – סדרי הדין
תיקון: תש״ט־2
(א)ועדת ערעור מחליטה את החלטותיה ברוב דעות.
(ב)לועדת ערעור סמכויות כאילו היתה ועדת חקירה שנתמנתה לפי פקודת ועדות החקירה ושהוענקו לה כל הסמכויות שאפשר להעניק לועדת חקירה כזאת לפי סעיף 5 לפקודה האמורה.
(ג)ועדת ערעור קובעת בעצמה את סדרי דיוניה ועבודתה במידה שלא נקבעו בתקנות אלה.
