5ב. מועד תשלום אגרה
תיקון: תשמ״א, תשס״א
אגרה כאמור בתקנה 5(א) תשולם –
(1)בעד רישום ציוד הנדסי – במועד הרישום;
(2)בעד מסירת פרטים בהודעה השנתית – בתוך שלושים ימים מיום קבלת טופס ההודעה מהרשם.
