10. עדיפות סיווג הציוד של רשות הבריאות של ארצות הברית
היה ציוד רפואי רשום ביותר ממדינה מוכרת אחת, ובכלל זה ברשות הבריאות בארה״ב של אמריקה (FDA), יאמץ המנהל את הסיווג וכן את תנאי הרישום ותקופות הרישום כפי שקבעה רשות הבריאות של ארה״ב.
