4. בקשה לקבלת מידע נוסף ודוגמה
המנהל רשאי לדרוש ממבקש מסמכים או מידע נוסף אשר לא נכללו בבקשה, וכן דוגמאות של הציוד הרפואי ולהציג למבקש שאלות בכל עניין מן העניינים הנוגעים לרישום הציוד הרפואי.
