3. בדיקות נוספות ומינוי יועצים
תיקון: תשנ״ו
לצורך קביעת דרגת נכות רשאי רופא מוסמך, מיוזמתו או לפי דרישת הועדה –
(1)לדרוש מן הנפגע לעמוד לבדיקה רפואית או אחרת ולהמציא תוצאות הבדיקות לוועדה;
(2)למנות יועצים רפואיים או אחרים אשר יגישו לרופא המוסמך או לוועדה, חוות דעתם על סמך בדיקות שבוצעו בנפגע או מסמכים רפואיים או אחרים שהובאו בפניהם.
