37. דיון מחדש לפי בקשת רופא מוסמך
תיקון: תשכ״ח, תשנ״ו
עברו ששה חדשים מאז נקבעה לאחרונה דרגת נכותו של נפגע, אף אם נקבעה לתקופה קצובה, רשאי רופא מוסמך לבקש קביעה מחדש של דרגת הנכות והוראות תקנות אלה יחולו, בשינויים אשר הענין מחייבם.
