6. קביעת דרגת נכות על פי מסמכים
הועדה רשאית, בהסכמת הנפגע והמוסד, לקבוע את דרגת נכותו של הנפגע על סמך מסמכים רפואיים בלבד, מבלי לבדוק את הנפגע.
