14. החלת הוראות חוק מס ערך מוסף
תיקון: תשמ״ו, תשמ״ז
על אף האמור בכל דין, הוראות חוק מס ערך מוסף לענין גביה, פנקסים, דו״חות, קנסות, הפרשי הצמדה וריבית, עונשין וסמכויות ביצוע יחולו על ההיטל, לפי הענין, כאילו היה ההיטל מס, אלא אם כן נאמר במפורש אחרת.
