1. הגדרות
בכללים אלה –
”תקן רגיל“ – תקן ישראלי שעובד בהתאם לסעיף 7 לחוק;
”תקן זמני“ – תקן ישראלי שעובד בהתאם לסעיף 7א לחוק;
”הכללים הרגילים“ – כללי התקנים (עיבוד תקנים ישראליים), תשי״ד–1954;
”ועדה מרכזית“, ”ועדת תקינה“ ו־”המנהל“ – כהגדרתם בכללים הרגילים;
”פרסום לבקורת“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 21 לכללים הרגילים;
”מומחים“ – מומחה, או צוות בן שנים או שלשה מומחים, שנקבע כאמור בסעיף 2.
