2. נושא לתקן זמני
אישרה ועדה מרכזית נושא לתקן ומינתה ועדת תקינה, או הטילה על ועדת תקינה קיימת, לעבדו כתקן רגיל, רשאית היא להחליט שבאותו נושא יעובד גם תקן זמני ולהטיל את עיבודו על מומחים שקבעה מבין חברי ועדת התקינה שכבר מונו, או שימונו כנציגי המנהל בועדת התקינה, וימשיכו בה גם בעיבוד התקן הרגיל.
