24. כרטסת
תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשפ״א
(א)נוטריון ינהל כרטסת אלפביתית שבה יהא כרטיס לכל אדם שעשה או שבשמו נעשתה הפעולה בפני הנוטריון.
(ב)בכרטיס ירשום הנוטריון, לגבי כל פעולה שנעשתה על ידי האדם או בשמו, את מהות הפעולה, מועד עשייתה והמספר הסידורי של האישור הנוטריוני; אם האישור הנוטריוני אלקטרוני כהגדרתו בתקנה 19א, יציין זאת הנוטריון.
(ג)במקום הכרטסת האלפביתית, רשאי הנוטריון לנהל ספר נוטריון, ובו שורה נפרדת לכל פעולה נוטריונית שבה יירשמו הפרטים שבתקנת משנה (ב).
