לענין ביצוע החוק והתקנות על פיו ינהל נוטריון רישום נפרד על הכנסותיו משכר שיקבל בעד פעולותיו כנוטריון; הוראה זו אינה גורעת מחובת הניהול של רישומים אחרים על הכנסותיו לפי כל חיקוק.
