תיקון: תשפ״א
מצאה ועדת הרישיונות שהתמלאו במבקש רישיון לכהונה בתפקיד נוטריון לכאורה תנאי הכשירות המפורטים בסעיף 2(א) לחוק או החליטה שיש מקום להשתמש בסמכותה לפי סעיף 2(ב) לחוק, תפרסם לא יאוחר מ־30 ימים מיום קבלת החלטתה הודעה באתר האינטרנט של משרד המשפטים, כי בכוונתה להעניק למבקש רישיון נוטריון ואת המועד והדרכים להגשת ההתנגדות כאמור בתקנה 32.
