4. סייגים
תיקון: תשנ״ז
(א)לא ישולם גמול כאמור בתקנות אלה בעד השתתפות ביותר ממספר הישיבות המרבי לשנה הנקוב בתוספות הראשונה והשניה, בין של הדירקטוריון, בין של ועדה ובין של שניהם יחדיו; בסעיף זה, ”שנה“ – שנה המתחילה ב־1 בינואר ומסתיימת ב־31 בדצמבר שלאחריו.
(ב)לא ישולם גמול שנתי לדירקטור וליושב ראש דירקטוריון, למעט ליושב ראש דירקטוריון שתקנה 3(ג) חלה עליו.
