4א. החזר הוצאות נסיעה
תיקון: תשנ״ז, תשס״ה, תשע״א
דירקטור בחברה שאינו זכאי לגמול לפי תקנות אלה או דירקטור המתגורר במרחק העולה על 100 קילומטרים ממקום קיום ישיבת הדירקטוריון, זכאי להחזר הוצאות נסיעה מהחברה בקשר לישיבות דירקטוריון או ועדה, לפי תעריף החשב הכללי במשרד האוצר, זולת אם הוא זכאי לקבל החזר הוצאות אלה ממקור אחר; בתקנה זו, ”דירקטור“ – דירקטור מקרב הציבור.
