9. חוב מס עזבון
מס עזבון יהיה חוב ראשון על נכסי העזבון, ולו דין קדימה לכל העברה, חכירה או שיעבוד שנעשו בנכסים אלה שלא בתום לב ושלא בתמורה מלאה לפני פטירת הנפטר או אחריה.
