172. מספר המרחבים המוגנים הקומתיים
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשס״ט
(א)מרחב מוגן קומתי ישרת עד 4 יחידות דיור; היו בקומה יותר מ־4 יחידות דיור באותה קומה, יבנו מרחבים מוגנים קומתיים נוספים, לפי מתכונת שתאשר רשות מוסמכת.
(ב)רשות מוסמכת רשאית לאשר בניית מרחב מוגן מוסדי לפי הנדרש בחלק ג׳1 כאשר יש יותר מ־4 יחידות דיור בקומה.
