319. הוראות מעבר
תיקון: תשנ״ב, תשנ״ד, תשע״ג
(א)בכפוף לאמור בתקנת משנה (ב), הוראות תקנות אלה אינן באות לגרוע מתוקף תכנית שאושרה לפני תחילתן; אין בהוראות תקנה זו כדי למנוע רשות מוסמכת מלאשר במקום תכנית כאמור, תכנית שתהיה כולה לפי תקנות אלה.
(ב)הוראות תקנות אלה יחולו גם על מקלט בבנין שההיתר לבניתו חודש לאחר תחילתן.
