36. מהלך מדרגות
(א)חלקי המבנה של מהלך המדרגות במקלט יהיו רתומים זה לזה, עשויים מקשה אחת ויצוקים באתר.
(ב)עובי משטחי הביניים ועובי מהלך המדרגות המשופע בחלקו הצר ביותר בישוב עורפי לא יפחת מ־20 ס״מ, ובישוב קדמי – מ־30 ס״מ.
(ג)משטחי הביניים ומהלך המדרגות יהיו רתומים לקירות בשני הצדדים.
