54. כללי
(א)יציאת החירום תיבנה מבטון מזוין כמקשה אחת.
(ב) (1)יציאת החירום, בכל מתכונת שתיבחר תבטיח את מיגון פתח יציאת החירום.
(2)מיגון פתח יציאת החירום של מקלט על־קרקעי ייעשה באמצעות התקנת חלון הדף ורסיסים כמפורט בתוספת השלישית.
(3)כל מתכונת אחרת למיגון פתח יציאת החירום מחייבת את אישור הרשות המוסמכת.
