6. סימנים מטעים – אסורים
תיקון: תש״ך, תשל״ח
כל חבילה או פתק אסור שיהא רשום על פניהם או שיכילו איזו סימן, כתובת, תאור ציורי או איזו הערה אחרת אשר יש בהם, לדעת המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות [במקור: מנהל שרותי הרפואה], או מי שהוא הסמיך לענין תקנה זו בכתב, כדי להביא את הקונה לידי סברה כי טיבו של החומר שבחבילה או ערך־המזון שלו הם שונים מן הטיב וערך המזון האמתיים שלו.
