בתקנות אלה,
”שיווק“ – העברה לאחר בכל דרך מדרכי ההעברה;
”רעל“ ו”כימיקל מזיק“ – כמשמעותם בפקודת הרוקחים;
”CAS“ – פנקס רישום השמות הכימיים של חמרים כימיים ונוסחתם, שמוציאה לאור האגודה הכימית האמריקנית, שעותק מדפיו הנוגעים לתקנות אלה מופקד בספריית משרד הבריאות בירושלים, רח׳ המלך דוד 20 (להלן – הספריה).
