2. איסור אריזה העלולה להעביר חומר מזיק
תיקון: תשל״ט
לא יארוז אדם, לא יחזיק, לא ימכור ולא ישווק מזון אלא באריזה שאינה מעבירה כל חומר העלול להזיק לבריאות אדם ולא הכילה או היתה במגע עם רעל, עם כימיקל מזיק, או עם כל חומר אחר, שאינו מזון, העלול להזיק לבריאות האדם.
