לא ייצר אדם לשם מכירה, לא ישווק ולא יציע למאכל אדם דגים, שתכולת ההיסטמינים בהם, שנקבעה בהתאם לשיטת הבדיקה, עולה על 20 מ״ג ל־100 גרם דגים.
