10. בדיקת מים וחלבון
(א)קביעת תכולת המים בבשר תיעשה לפי הוראות חלק 1, פרק ב׳, לתקן 497.
(ב)קביעת תכולת החלבון בבשר תיעשה לפי הוראות חלק 5 לתקן 497 מטבת התשכ״ד (ינואר 1964) – בדיקות בשר ומוצריו: קביעת תכולת החלבון.
