8. חישוב המים המוספים
לענין תקנה 7(2) ייעשה חישוב המים המוספים בבשר על פי אחת הנוסחאות הבאות, לפי הענין:
(1)בבשר בקר: a = w – 4P;
(2)בבשר עוף: a = w – 3.5P;
כאשר:
a = אחוז המים הנוספים ממשקלו הכולל של הבשר;
w = אחוז סך כל המים ממשקלו הכולל של הבשר;
P = אחוז החלבון ממשקלו הכולל של הבשר.
