11. גדר
תיקון: תשנ״א
(א)השטח שסביב הבריכה כאמור בתקנה 10 יהיה מגודר בהתאם לחלק י״ח בתוספת השניה לתקנות הבניה.
(ב)מרחק הגדר מקיר הבריכה יהיה לא פחות משלושה מטרים; אם ראה צורך בכך, בנסיבות מיוחדות, רשאי המהנדס לדרוש מרחק גדול יותר או להתיר מרחק קטן יותר.
