10. זמן פיסטור וקירור ביצים
(א)לא פוסטרו ביצים או חלק ממרכיביהן תוך שעה אחת לאחר שבירתן – יוכנסו לקירור שמידת החום בו אינה עולה על +4 מעלות צלזיוס, ולא יוחזקו כאמור תקופה העולה על שש שעות מעת הכנסתן לקירור ועד לפיסטורן.
(ב)ביצים מסוג א׳ או ב׳ או חלק ממרכיביהן שהוחזקו בקירור כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תקופה העולה על שש שעות ולא פוסטרו – יושמדו.
