114. הוראות מעבר
לצורך תקנה 28 יראו בדיקה כללית שנערכה בכלי שיט ישראלי לפי תקנות הנמלים (בטיחות השיט), התשכ״ה–1965 כבדיקה כללית שנערכה לפי תקנות אלה, ותעודת בדיקה או תעודת כושר שיט שניתנה לכלי שיט ישראלי לפיהן, יראו אותה כרשיון שיט שניתן לפי תקנות אלה עד לפקיעתה במועד שצויין בה.
