12. גרירת כלי שיט
על אף האמור בתקנה 2, מותר במקרה של אבדן כושר התנעה של כלי שיט ישראלי, לגרור את כלי השיט על ידי כלי שיט אחר המתאים לגרירה, לאחר שנעשו כל הסידורים לשם בטיחות כלי השיט הגורר והנגרר, הבטחת שלומם של בני האדם הנמצאים בהם ובטיחות השיט בכלל.
