20א. שקילת מכולה לפני הטענתה
תיקון: תשמ״ה־2, תשע״ז
(א)לא תוטען מכולה על אניה בנמל בישראל אלא אם כן משקלה הכולל אומת על ידי שקילה במאזניים מאושרים, למעט מכולה שהובאה לנמל בשטעון.
(ב)תוצאות שקילה כאמור, יירשמו בכל מסמכי המטען הנוגעים למכולה ויימסרו לקברניט האניה לפני הטענת המכולה עליה.
