22. דרישות בטיחות כלליות
המנהל רשאי להורות, במסגרת הודעות לימאים, על אמצעי בטיחות וסידורים הנדרשים לגבי כלי שיט, בני אדם שבו ולגבי בטיחות השיט בכלל, הוראות אלה תתפרסמנה בכפוף לפרק השמיני לתקנות אלה.
