26ח. תקינות מיתקן נגרר
תיקון: תשס״ו־2
מיתקן נגרר תקין הוא מיתקן נגרר שנתקיימו בו כל אלה:
(1)על פי הוראות היצרן הוא מיועד להסעת נוסעים בעת גרירתו באמצעות כלי שיט;
(2)הוא בעל ידיות אחיזה לנוסעים;
(3)אם הוא גוף המנופח באוויר – הוא בעל שני תאי ציפה נפרדים לפחות.
