36. איסור מתן הצהרה כוזבת על מצב כושר שיט
לא יתן בעל כלי שיט, קברניט או כל איש צוות ביודעין, הצהרה בפני המנהל או מפקח כלי שיט, שאינה נכונה בקשר למצב כושר שיט של כלי השיט או בקשר למצבם של מכונות, מכשירים, מיתקנים, אבזרים, אמצעי הצלה וכל דבר אחר שבכלי השיט ולא יתן הצהרה כאמור בלי שהיה לו יסוד סביר להאמין באמיתותה.
